Silvia Rodriguez is the Associate Director of Development & Marketing at the CUES Fund, helping to grow philanthropic partnerships, elevate the CUES brand, and tighten the systems that keep storytelling and stewardship sharp. She steps in quickly, bringing a clear sense of urgency and a track record of moving resources to mission. Prior to CUES, Silvia spent nearly eight years at Siena Francis House, starting in volunteer programs and rising to Associate Director of Development. She is a proud Bluejay with a BA from Creighton University and earned an MS in International Development from Sciences Po – Paris School of International Affairs. Known for pairing strategy with process, Silvia leads with collaboration and accountability to deliver results that support students and families across All Saints, Holy Name, and Sacred Heart.
