Paula Sharpe serves as Controller at the CUES Fund. She brings more than 30 years of finance and accounting experience to CUES, with a strong background in nonprofit, education, and organizational financial leadership. She most recently served as Director of Finance at Joslyn Art Museum, where she oversaw financial reporting, budgeting, grant reporting, analysis, and related finance operations.

Prior to her work at Joslyn, Paula served as Chief Financial Officer at Omaha Country Club and as Business Manager at Duchesne Academy of the Sacred Heart, where she worked closely with the Finance Committee and Board of Trustees. Her career also includes controller experience with several Omaha-area organizations.

Paula holds a Master of Business Administration from Creighton University, with additional emphasis in nonprofit management and technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Metropolitan State University of Denver. She is also a Certified Bookkeeper and Certified Payroll Professional.

At CUES, Paula supports the organization’s financial stewardship and operational strength in service of All Saints, Holy Name, and Sacred Heart.
