CUES Fund is pleased to welcome Andy Alloway, Ashley Horgan, and Donald L. Erftmier III to its Board of Directors.

- Andy Alloway is the owner and President of Nebraska Realty, which has grown into one of the nation’s largest real estate firms under his leadership. He has also served in key industry roles, including the Nebraska Real Estate Commission, Nebraska REALTORS® Association, and National Association of REALTORS®
- Ashley Horgan brings her background in business operations that adds valuable perspective to the Board as CUES continues to strengthen its governance, partnerships, and long-term planning.
- Donald L. Erftmier III is an attorney with Cline Williams Wright Johnson & Oldfather, L.L.P., where he is part of the firm’s Transactional Services team.
