Parents know their children need preparation for life in a challenging and changing world. A school that provides a strong sense of purpose equips children for life. CUES students learn and grow strong through careful instruction and consistent academic standards. We develop important emotional, cognitive, and behavioral skills which foster academic achievement.

Our families in east Omaha neighborhoods choose the CUES School System – Sacred Heart, All Saints, and Holy Name, because of our welcoming, supportive, and diverse culture.

Our culture focuses on LOVE, KINDNESS, and EXCELLENCE!

Living these values, grounded by faith, inspires a culture of generosity. We teach our children to be patient and kind to one another and to aspire to be the best version of themselves. We rejoice in each other’s accomplishments and to be a good friend to their classmates. But our work goes beyond the classroom.

Parents do their best to meet the needs of their families, however, they need our support! CUES offers counseling and support to help with life’s stressors so our children can focus on learning.

Excellence is the outcome! Setting expectations, reaching them, and being outstanding is embedded in everything we do. We are proud that 94% of our alumni go on to graduate from high school – compared to 78% in Omaha Public Schools and 68% nationally.

As an anchor in east Omaha neighborhoods, we make a difference in the lives of hundreds of children and their families! Our goal is to raise $50,000 with this appeal to help underwrite the cost of education. It costs $11,990 per student to educate a child this year. And although we set tuition is $2,800 per student our families cannot afford to pay this. 100% of our families need financial tuition support. We need your help and the help of the Omaha community to continue this life-saving work!

Will you help us keep our children in east Omaha safe in a supportive and nurturing environment that will guide them for life? Any size gift will help! Please help us reach our $50,000 financial goal.

Support CUES

Today, our children and families face more challenges than ever before. Amou is a single mom that relies on CUES as part of her extended family. She is one family out of hundreds that the CUES School System has positively impacted by providing excellent education coupled with student and family support.

“I am so grateful for all the loving support; I cannot imagine where we would be without the help of CUES,” said Amou.

Amou chose Sacred Heart School for her children because she wanted them to learn and grow in a nurturing and safe environment. She did not realize at the time that CUES would become part of her extended family. “My sons are thriving in a loving environment where everyone cares about my children and the well-being of our family,” said Amou.

CUES has supported Amou by introducing her to community resources that help her family grow emotionally and academically. Both 8th-grader Neil, and 6th-grader, Amoul are part of the Sacred Heart robotics team that went to the Nebraska State Championships this year. This fall, Neil will attend Roncalli High School through the Benilde Program.
